Food Products

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns of opened or used food products.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not in acceptable condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• A description of the problem
• Photos of the damaged product or packaging, if applicable

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

For online orders, sellers are expected to follow their stated shipping commitments, and federal rules can require a refund when an order isn’t shipped as promised.
